External Wall Insulation
Most properties built prior to 1930 were constructed with solid walls, so they don’t have cavities that can be injected with insulation. These solid wall properties can be insulated with external solid wall insulation. The purpose of insulating in this manner is to slow the movement of heat out through the walls, thereby dramatically reducing heating demand.External wall solutions comprise of an insulation layer fixed to the existing wall, with a protective render or decorative finish.

Flat Roof Insulation
A warm flat roof or a built-up roof (BUR) is one where all the insulation is above the joists/deck, making them part of the warm fabric of the building.
